I have some crafts, and some very old books, that I’m thinking about selling on Etsy.

By both necessity and inclination, I want to be as frugal as possible.

Can anyone lead me to a good way to get quality packing and shipping materials at the lowest possible price? (I do like Etsy’s labels service.)

Hi Marian, I have had really great luck with USPS flat rate shipping boxes, which are free. The great thing about them is you pay one flat fee no matter the weight, so you end up saving a lot. As for packing materials, I always save tissue paper and bubble wrap when I receive gifts or packages and reuse them. You can also find them pretty cheap at office supply stores.
